At Vulcain Metal, we maintain specialized systems and programs that allow us meet an extensive range of requirements. This includes Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Pro-E and Auto Cad Drawing Software, Line Sequence Manufacturing, Kanban Pull Systems, Just-in-time delivery, and Bar Codes.

To complement our production power, Vulcain facilities also include an internal tooling and machining department. For our customers, we also subcontract certain services and surface finishes, such as heat treatment, electroplating (e-coating), powder coating, chrome plating, and other special coating processes.
